Founded in 2019, Luohe Fansen Building Materials Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of waterproof coatings and building repair materials in Henan Province, China.

We started with a single product — transparent waterproof sealant — and have grown to offer 30+ product lines covering liquid membranes, JS coatings, crack fillers, nano sprays, and more. Our heat-resistant formulas are developed specifically for hot climates like the Middle East.

Today, we supply 100+ active wholesale accounts with daily dispatches. We focus exclusively on B2B supply with factory-direct pricing, serving distributors across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC region. Trial orders welcome — we understand what it takes to build trust with a new supplier.
